OUR STORY

How a former PGA Tour golfer set out to bridge two cultures — and changed Las Vegas entertainment forever.

The Beginning

Alex Kang is the CEO and Founder of Infinite Prospects Entertainment — but before Las Vegas entertainment, he was a professional golfer competing on the PGA Tour's Korn Ferry Tour. A San Diego State alum with a competitive spirit sharpened on the fairway, Kang carried his drive and precision from the course into a new arena: live entertainment. His unique position at the crossroads of the sports world and the entertainment industry gave him a lens few others had.

The vision began with an observation: K-pop was exploding globally, and its biggest artists deserved the world's biggest stages. Las Vegas — the entertainment capital of the world — was the perfect destination. No one was building that bridge. So Kang built it. Recognizing that Las Vegas operated as both a world-class venue and a cultural destination, he saw an opportunity to bring Asian artists to Western audiences at the highest possible level.

Infinite Prospects Entertainment was founded around a singular mission: to bridge Asian and Western pop culture through extraordinary live experiences. From the outset, IPE was built on deep relationships on both sides of the Pacific — with HYBE, SM Entertainment, YG Entertainment, and the management teams of the world's biggest Asian artists, as well as with MGM Resorts, AEG Presents, and the infrastructure of Las Vegas itself.

The debut announcement came in April 2022: IPE had landed the BTS "The City" project — a city-wide activation across 11 MGM Resorts properties culminating in four sold-out nights at Allegiant Stadium. The Las Vegas Strip turned "borahae" purple. 200,000 attendees. $35.9M in concert revenue. In its very first outing, IPE had announced itself as a major force in global live entertainment.

Our Mission

To bridge the gap between Asian and Western pop culture through extraordinary live experiences.

IPE produces world-class concerts, festivals, and cultural experiences that bring Asian artists to global stages — and global audiences to Asian culture. We operate at the intersection of two of the world's most dynamic entertainment markets, with deep relationships on both sides.

ON THE RECORD

No one was pushing K-pop, or even many genres other than mainstream music and artists. But instead of conforming to the status quo, Kang had a vision.
